5. Redeeming your Uber Eats Voucher

To redeem your Uber Eats Voucher you need to register to access your rewards wallet within 30 days of receipt of the Uber Eats Voucher confirmation email. The email will contain details of how to register, including a unique offer code and the URL to the promotional microsite with the appropriate registration form.

Once the registration is successful, you’ll be directed to the rewards wallet page to view and redeem the Uber Eats Voucher amounts.

The rewards wallet lists your 5 x $40 Uber Eats Voucher amounts, with one voucher amount available per consecutive month to redeem within 30 days. Each monthly reward is available from the 1st of the month for 30 days with the exception of the first voucher which will be available for 30 days from the date the customer registers.

On redeeming a $40 Uber Eats Voucher amount, you will be emailed a digital voucher code. Uber Voucher terms and conditions apply.

You will also receive a registration confirmation email with your unique rewards wallet link giving you direct access to the rewards wallet page and rewards available to redeem including instructions.
6. Using the Uber Eats Voucher with Uber Eats

You will need to create an Uber Eats account if you don’t already have one and agree to the Uber Eats terms and conditions per their website/app for redemption of your voucher.

The Administrator will not be liable to You for any mistake, failure, or negligent action on Your part. Uber Technologies, Inc accepts no responsibility for any voucher product being unavailable during the Promotion Period.

The Administrator is not responsible for any tax implications arising from redeeming a Reward. Reward recipients should seek independent financial advice.

7. $40 Uber Eats Voucher - Specific Terms

Limited Availability. No cash value. One-time use only. Maximum discount of $40 per redemption. Maximum of 1 order per account. Not valid for pickup orders.

To redeem voucher amounts, Uber Eats Voucher code must be applied to payment section of the Uber Eats App prior to requesting the intended order.
•
Uber Eats Voucher is valid for 30 days from the date it was redeemed in the rewards wallet. It is the responsibility of the holder to use the $40 Uber Eats Voucher by the specified expiry date, after which time it expires and cannot be redeemed.
•
Uber Eats Voucher is only valid for orders placed using the Uber Eats App. Taxes, fees, and tips will be covered provided that the value of the Uber Voucher is greater than the total order amount. Offer is non-transferable, subject to change or cancellation. Voucher is not redeemable for cash and is not for resale.

The Uber Eats Voucher must be used in full in one transaction and cannot be used with other offers or voucher codes. Where the order price exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid by an alternative payment method.
8. Other General Terms & Conditions

The Administrator (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), its respective agents, promotional partners and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Rewards, and to the extent permitted by law do not make any contractual promise or representation regarding the quality and/or availability of the Rewards offered and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.

Rewards are subject to availability and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a Reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Administrator reserves the right to substitute the Reward for one of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Administrator (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Administrator's control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of the Reward in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Administrator reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Administrator (including its officers, employees and agents) and TLC excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion.
